About Codecraft
We founded Codecraft in 2024 with one belief: Nigerian businesses deserve software that actually ships — on scope, on budget, and without theatrics.

Our Origin
Our founders had each lived the frustration of watching quality software projects collapse under weight of miscommunication, scope creep, and agencies that disappeared after the invoice.
The problem we kept seeing
Nigerian SMEs with real revenue were being quoted vague timelines, receiving half-finished products, and watching their in-house teams waste months integrating tools that weren't built to work together. International firms weren't cheaper — they were just more polished at making broken promises.
What we committed to
We'd only take projects we scoped ourselves — in writing, fixed-price. We'd show working software every single week, not a final demo three months later. And we'd staff senior engineers on every client engagement, not juniors with a senior reviewing on Fridays.
Where we are today
Over 40 delivered projects across logistics, finance, education, and consumer technology. Two offices — Abuja and Kaduna. A growing team and a client list that renews on reputation alone. Including Luuk: a consumer mobile platform we built and hold equity in.
What We Stand For
01
Every engagement begins with a written specification. No work begins until both sides agree on exactly what will be built.
02
We ship a functioning build every week. Not a status update. Not a Figma frame. A testable product you can click through.
03
We do not rotate juniors through your project. The engineers who scope your work are the engineers who build it.
04
Every line of code we write is yours. Clean, documented, transferable. We take no licensing claims on your product.
05
You see the breakdown. No surprise invoices. Any change to scope is discussed and agreed before a line of code changes.
06
We take equity in products we believe in. That is how committed we are to the work surviving production.
Our Process
We listen first. Forty-five minutes to understand your business, your users, and the specific problem you need solved. We decline projects we are not right for.
We return with a written specification — features, exclusions, technical approach, delivery milestones. You review and approve before we write a single line of code.
Our lead engineer and designer map out system architecture and interface flows. You see every screen before it is built.
We ship working builds every Friday. You test and give feedback Monday morning. The product improves every week.
Deployment to your infrastructure, full documentation, team walkthrough. Source code, credentials, and operations docs — all yours.
30-day warranty on every build. Extended retainer plans available for ongoing product development.
